¿QUE SON POLÍTICAS DE CONTRASEÑAS?.
Una política de contraseñas seguras es un conjunto de pautas y reglas diseñadas para garantizar que las contraseñas utilizadas en una organización sean robustas y difíciles de descifrar. Estas políticas son fundamentales para proteger la información sensible y prevenir accesos no autorizados.
¿DEFINIR O CAMBIAR LAS POLÍTICAS DE CONTRASEÑAS?
En XperSoft con nuestra búsqueda continua de mejora y con el firme compromiso de proteger la seguridad de sus datos, hemos actualizado nuestras políticas de contraseñas. Estas mejoras están alineadas con los estándares internacionales de seguridad de la información ISO/IEC 27001.
Hemos diseñado un módulo innovador que permite a su empresa modelar sus políticas de contraseña de acuerdo con los estándares de seguridad de la organización. Este módulo no solo facilita la alineación con las mejores prácticas de seguridad, sino que también permite realizar cambios en las políticas de contraseña en cualquier momento.
Además, el sistema notificará automáticamente a los usuarios para que actualicen sus contraseñas según las nuevas directrices establecidas.
¿QUE ELEMENTOS SE DEBEN DE CONSIDERAR PARA LAS POLÍTICAS DE CONTRASEÑAS?
Para minimizar el riesgo de seguridad y con el fin de proteger los datos de la institución contra posibles ataques cibernéticos, se deben de considerar los siguientes elementos.
- Longitud mínima: Las contraseñas deben tener un mínimo de caracteres, generalmente entre 8 y 12.
- Complejidad: Deben incluir una combinación de letras mayúsculas y minúsculas, números y caracteres especiales.
- Caducidad: Las contraseñas deben cambiarse periódicamente, por ejemplo, cada 60 o 90 días.
- Historial de contraseñas: No se deben reutilizar las contraseñas anteriores.
- Autenticación multifactor (MFA): Implementar MFA para añadir una capa extra de seguridad. Algunos ejemplos serían: una huella digital o un reconocimiento facial.
- Almacenamiento seguro: Las contraseñas deben almacenarse de manera segura, utilizando técnicas de cifrado.
- Educación y concienciación: Capacitar a los empleados sobre la importancia de las contraseñas seguras y cómo gestionarlas adecuadamente.
¿CUALES SON LOS BENEFICIOS?
Implementar políticas de contraseñas basadas en la norma ISO/IEC 27001 ofrece varios beneficios significativos para la seguridad de la información en una organización. Aquí te detallo algunos de los más importantes:

Esto simplificará el trabajo del área operativa, ya que el sistema autocompletará los datos necesarios para el proceso de descuento de facturas. Además, este proceso ayuda a evitar errores por parte del usuario en la digitación de los datos de las facturas, ya que estos se extraen directamente del documento XML.El proceso se completa validando la información mediante un servicio automático con Hacienda, para confirmar la validez de la factura. Una vez cargada la factura a través del archivo XML, se consultará para verificar si está aceptada y si el monto es correcto.
